Roller Coaster

 They call it "roller coaster" weather

there was flooding and the snow disappeared very fast

But today the snow is back

 I went to take pictures of the trees

 but the sky was almost more beautiful

 Sunday morning

 today we have fog and disappearing snow

There is enough snow

 to go around on the farm

 not enough yet

 to open the trails

1 week of snow

 this was on Wednesday

 Before I went to the hospital

It only snowed a few days

 But 1 week sure makes a difference

the snow is hard because it is cold

we had some frozen lines but not much problems

Marc has a job

Marc started working on this farm in January

for Inge & Richard

we think it's a good match

It is snowing

It has been snowing a few days

The tree trunks even look nice

The sun is shining too, but we are accumulating 

Snow is ariving

 We did get some snow this weekend

 Marc is hoping

 but we need more yet for snowmobiling 

Feeling Good

Just want to let you know that I'm home and doing well
For the next 6 weeks I have to be careful not to do to much
so come by in that time for a visit and a cup of coffee or tea with me :)

Hospital what to bring

I spent 2 nights in hospital and realized that you don't have t pack much. Just a toothbrush comb and for the last day a housecoat . All your other clothes are provided. Although you will not make any fashion statements

Clearing out small bales

 Marc is helping Rien clear out one part of the barn

 The bales need to go down the hole

 Marc started with his shirt on

 But this is a warm job

 Marc is throwing bales down from upstairs

Rien is piling it up for the heifers

Easy to hit your head in some parts of the barn

Early Spring

 Snow is disappearing fast

 Birds nests are way more visible in winter
