Wolverton to Jones Road

we decided to rent a taxi to bring us to the start of the trail

this way we could drive together in 1 car

we didn't need our icers in the beginning

we did the first km in 17 minutes

so we're happy to be on the trail and smiling

we took a short wrong turn

but we found the trail shortly after

down the mountain side there was a lot more snow

we put our icers on

crossing fifty road

icers start falling appart so we have to readjust them all the time, just to have some grip

we slip and slide our way

lots of poop, we think it's deer

my crampons broke too, they got entwinned and I fell 

but I wasn't hurt

we were glad to finnish

made it to our car

the top one could be fixed

the others are garbage

March Break

 

the girls picked up branches

fed the sheep 

washed the vann

it was quite dirty

we played Legretto

A new bed

we bought a new bed at Listowel furniture

custom made so it fits under the window

it's strong

easy to set up

and we fit better with all the grandkids

 

Cheese

Donna came to make cheese

in our yard

the next day we cut it up

bagged it

vacume sealed the packages

8 blocks

the worst is the dishes

 

Farm tour

On Saturday was the Perth farm tour

Some of our suppliers came

And lots of visitors 

A list of our cows and the bulls they came from

All ages came on the tour, we think over 600 came

The small heifers information was tagged on with cow magnets

The weather was perfect, not to muddy, cars were parked all over the yard and by the fence all the way to the road

 We enjoyed the cheese trays
