My dad had his big surgery today from 1 in the afternoon until about 7 in the evening. It would be a long wait so he suggested that my mom would play a game of lawn bowling to pass the time.(he was starting to fall asleep already at that point)
Anyway he's in intensive care and they think the surgery went well.
