a thick layer of ice
this was the beginning
Then we got more and branches started to break
fortunately overnight ice fell off the trees
made a lot of noise on the roof
the road grader came by to push trees and branches off the road
Moorefield was hit pretty hard
it was only in certain areas that the ice had fallen overnight
we had 1 degree higher then Drayton overnight,
that made all the difference
the power came back at noon but was flickering quite a bit
likely when the ice fell off the lines and the lines were bouncing
