Metcalfe Crevice

It pays to read the guidebook before you go

this way we knew about the Metcalfe side trail

still lots of ice, 

we were hanging close to the wall

we didn't see the caves, must have been straight through

hope to come back here sometime

we were surprised that this was the official way

more climbing

I love this kind of a challenging path

surprisingly slippery 

almost there 

the guidebook comes from the other way, it says:

 there is a choice of descending on the main trail or 

on the Metcalfe Crevice side trail. 

I recommend the Metcalfe side trail
