Cold & a red Moon

It's cold lately

and the Moon last night was red and wasn't as bright.
It was much harder to make a picture.

We stayed at St. Martin
It looks beautiful, but we arrived at 10.00PM and had to go for supper first
back on the bus at 7.30 AM
So basically we saw our bedroom

The hotel was close to this ski-hill

A main highway only 2 lanes with a 100km speed limit

Robotic Milking

We went to Quebec to see farms with robotic milking systems
Some barns were new this one had a viewing deck

some older and far from ideal
like a 6' alley on the side
we took lots of pictures for Rien & Marc

All of the farms seemed to work
We talked to quite a few happy farmers
The cows seemed calm and happy too

Passover

Joelle came to Coffee-Break and did her presentation:

Jesus in the Passover
I've heard it 3x and it is very interesting
So many traditions only start to make sense
if you see them in the light of Jesus' life

for instance
The Matzo toss bag, it has 3 compartments.,
they break the middle one (Father, Son, Holy spirit?)
The broken piece is hidden (buried?) and found (resurrected?)
It is then used with the third cup of wine, the cup of redemption.
This is when Jesus said; "this is my body"

Our big window is losing it's seal. Because of the cold we have flowers of ice in between the double glass
