many rocks at Scottsdale farm

and lots of boardwalks

the leaves were not as treacherous 

here, more people hike here than up north

I love this star, made from barn wood

simple but fun children's bedroom wall

there were lots of stairs

so many cow hides in this house

this one had a number on it

I like this idea in the laundry room

doesn't work in ours, but I like it

Craftweekend

 

we spent a weekend together

taking breaks

some painting, some sewing some making photo albums

everyone brings their own projects 

out eating at Gwen and Eric's that was fun too

Craft weekend babies

we had a craft weekend this month

and there were 5 nursing babies 

that came along with mom

so we decided to take a picture

at the time they were all awake

now all of you look up!

Snow

we had so much snow

going to church on Sunday we coul not see the road

so we stayed home

it was communion Sunday

the sun came later

Rien was going to pick up the snow blower

but he got stuck and Marc come to blow him out

it was an impressive snowbank

 

New Isocells

the day before the snow we put in new isocells

we folded them on the ground

on top of the old, then pushed them in

success

 

kemble Mountain to Colpoys bay road

 This was 2 weeks ago, a little delay due to Israel pictures

so many leaves, hard to see crevices

Agatha sprained or broke a finger when she fell in a hole

we were just starting

it was a region where you don't meet many hikers

love this path

it took us long because we needed to be careful

an easy part

with a view

of Colpoys bay

not sure why this road was closed

maybe because of hunting season

this road wasn't closed but is hard to drive

even hiking is not easy

it's known for being very wet
