we went to a farm sale close by


Furniture went cheap


mosy people came for the sale of the farm


It was going to be sold if it went over $4.000.000

Corn Harvest

 On Monday we not only did beans but also corn


a windy morning, plastic is blowing up


the field is very close by


the corn looks a bit green yet


but it feels pretty good


as usual brown midrib corn

started just below Dundas Peak


dangerous road to cross


we were with 7, here the path is very narrow


It's fall


after we sat on a boardwalk


we saw bench after bench


pretty trees


a retired train station, and we met 2 horses
saw evidence of horses quite a few times

Produce and soybeans

 


the beans are getting brown


drying nicely


we gave away lots of tomatoes
glad to make someone happy with them


I made some Jalapeno poppers
only one plant, but lots of peppers
