Pickle Ball

Played Pickle Ball for the first time in my life

at Westfield school, it's free and fun

There were 3 fields 33 players this evening, guys and girls

It's a fast game when you get better, 

there were to many newbies to be fast now

Milktruck

In the winter we prepare for the milk truck

nice layer of saltsand

the truckers appreciate it

Sunday Walk

Last Sunday when I hoped to see some big birds of Prey 

My camera found some men out for a Sunday walk

faithful at our feeder

this one only comes occasionally 

but we really like to see them

haven't seen the male yet

not right in focus but you really see the red tail of this hawk

White World

In the morning it's still amazing

all this snow came in 1 day

lots of cleaning up

the snowblower is busy

the door to the garden

Snow Storm

The day before the storm we had no snow

overnight it already had started

but by evening we had snow

lots of it

high banks

it will take a while with the snow blower

and this door is temporarily not opening

Time with kids

This girl sleeps the least

this is her favourite relaxing pose, fingers in mouth and twirling her hair

if these two have a good (quiet) nap time they can choose a show

we saw Tractor Tom and Paw Patrol, they were very good

He doesn't look big enough yet for school, 

but he is, and he loves it

Babysit

Babysitting mostly the girls

because Elijah goes to school 3 days a week

Joanna loves to be outside

High Water

The Ice event turned out to be a rain event

rivers are very high for January

the water is close to the wrapped bales

Freezing Rain

the forecast was for up to 6 hours of freezing rain

but we didn't get that

just enough to coat the trees

make everything look pretty

evergreens always get very heavy with ice

it turned very pretty in the sun shine
