Canisbay

Canisbay lake is a good sized lake

we went swimming several times (in May)

a loon, love the sound thye make

this was our first campfire
the tent in the background

is our games tent, nice for the kids

one day we had off and on rain, so we put a tarp
over our screen tent
with Olga's poles, works well

our BBQ didn't work anymore
so we used the cast iron pans

evening sunset at the beach required a bug net

taking down stuff, before going home

Moose

The first Moose was announced by lots of people
parked on the side of the road

we would have never seen it otherwise

It was hiding pretty good

the next day, we were first on the scene

this moose ran in front of the vann

it seemed young and not sure where to go or what to do

the third moose we saw was again seen because of
other people parked on the highway

this one was more in the open

he was just calmly eating

we saw one more moose while leaving the park
a full grown male, no picture, no one was parked nearby
so we weren't prepared, and pulling the camper couldn't stop
