we started with beautiful views of Georgian Bay

past the ski lift

they'd obviously had more rain than us lately

stairs were washed out

more hills than we anticipated

Lois' Garden

 

Lois has a beautiful garden

we dropped in to see these flowers

have to try to go back when she's home

we had a very hot campfire

and we had family time too

the water was actually warm

we see pop up thunderstorms

these had no rain for us

yesterday we got a nice shower

the crops soaked it up

Kelso

 

the brucetrail enters Kelso at the botom of the ski hill

crossing the railroad

climbing up to the rock face

this short hike finished Marleen's Iroquoia section

from Grimsby to the 401

we had a large group

originally it looked like only 2 were going

but this hike worked out

most needed to be home early

so this hike fit

lots of paths here

Kelso is used a lot

a lot of usage is biking
