Fall things

 

Milkweed is seeding

Red Oaks almost shedding their leaves 

The pond looks wintery

Eavestroughs are cleaned out, our big Maple is empty 

Swimming lessons

first chores were done

and playing with each other

piano practice 

time for swimming lessons

a wristband for the level they're in

all kids have a swim bag with their name on it

while Elijah waits for his turn to swim

Boyne Valley

start with a piece of road

some trees are just so colourful

lots of leaves on the ground

so crispy

This hike can be wet

there's 4 bridges 

and some boardwalks

and beauty

3 ravines

such a nice background for our lunch break

I tried to take a picture with depth, not easy

between the second and third ravine

bottom of the third 

before the ravines we went up on this hill

we got our picture taken

at this fabulous view

Apple Juice

we picked apples from our trees

we brought them to be juiced

outside the apples go through a bath

inside they are pressed

into a bin from there to the bagger

Kilgory Loop

 

we came to this old building

amzed it wasn't fenced off

It's an old power plant

near the river

a fast flowing river

walked up to a lookout

pictures don't do it justes

just a fun hike

in a beautyful forest

lots of leaves have fallen

we met an officer looking for hunters and people fishing

out of season

It would have been easier to look for people on

motor bikes going over the speed limmit
