Craft weekend

we rented a house near Grand Bend

for the weekend

Poot girls and friends get together

some were doing home work

others were making crafts

sewing

making cards

 

all kinds of things you can make with a cricket

like church gifts for Christmas

working on 3 bible studies

taking a break from making an album

editing photos 

but the main thing is, we spent time together

Rain to Snow

lots of rain

and then the first real snow

Babysit

last weekend I was babysitting

it went well

Tile Drainage

The tiling machine has arrived

we just had 50 mm rain

found some old tile, filled with dirt so not working anymore

that's why they put sleeves around the new tiles

so many different soils in this field

the new tile is running

it also rained 50 mm so there's water on the low spots

the house is ready to demolish

Catch Bassin

when there is heavy rain we have water going over our lane in this corner

the orange hickory pipe is the old drain

the 2 new drains are quite a big larger, so 

hopefully no overflowing the lane anymore

Farmers Cheese

We have lots of milk currently

so we decided to call Farmer's cheese

Donna is making cheese from our own milk

1000 liters so 2 stacks of boxes  for pressing

all cut and sealed
