This one they liked, washing the car (a week ago) we enjoyed a clean car for a short time

Winter Days

We’ve had quite a bit of snow 

And some nice mornings 

Lots of snow blowing 

 This morning

Besides New year’s eve we had a get together on New Year’s Day 

Fire and Ice

We start with ice

the girls were first on the ice

where we met up with friends

much more hestitant

but gaining confidence

before she used the help of the skate helper

gaining confidence

this girl did amazing

she just skated around and around

this was fun

Elijah got so much better

We ended with the fire show

New Year’s Eve

Tradition is to eat “oliebollen “ a donut like treat

They tasted great 

The 2 kids that liked them

And we started Riah’s puzzle 

 

Music Box

I was asked to come downstairs

there were "music boxes" that sang on request

 

More Christmas

Assembling gifts

We played games

Made gingerbread houses 

Invited Marc and Corinne to look at them and guess who made them

 

Sledding

It's not very steep

but this hill still works
