starting our 6 cows

they sold pretty fast

eventhough there were so few buyers

we know where this cow is going

Jersey was cheap half Jersey sold better

all done

Sales barn 1

we're milking a few to many cows these days

so we brought 6 to the sales barn

sale starts at 11.30 wonder if there will be buyers

a few trickled in

ready to go

Puzzles

 

made some puzzles at our house

some are very pretty

and fun to make

a new Christmas one

this one is pretty when finnished but not fun to make

The restaurant is open

I asked for coffee

"but I don't like coffee"

but I do and I come to eat in the restaurant

so they added it

coffee and a pancake

served with a smile

they played so good together

Lamb

 

the tiny lamb is growing, but this one

started out big

Sledding

 

we had a bit of freezing rain on snow

time to go outside

it's smooth enough for sledding

eventhough there's not a lot of snow

Fire and Ice in Palmerston

 

free skating

they had fun

ice dansing with dad

slow people around the middle

more people we know Sam and Henry

they had fun too

and there's Anita

The fire show

lots of people were watching

and appreciating the show

finish with fireworks

well organized! it was a great time

and over before 8.30

with all the kids in bed, time to play a game

Lambs

 

This was the first lamb, born on Christmas morning

The guys made lambing pens

They work well

there's a pen for the lambs to eat creep

new years day we had 3 separate lambings

one didn't survive, this one is tiny, 

but has a good mom

the third one didn't make it on the picture yet

A favourite for Christmas

everyone has their own burner and pan

and the 4 in the middle had the electric one

that would be oma and the kids

 It is a fun way of eating and socializing
