While Rien and Marc are digging out the flagpole hole

It got on an angle during an ice storm

Patio prep

Then decide to try digging with the skid steer

Not the original plan but it worked pretty good

Rocks are not helpful

A gravel

Pouring wall and footing

At the pond

Rien went swimming, he said it was nice

We put the tree on the fire

It burned great

And his brother Paul

They’re the concrete people

Coming next week for the patio

Flower beds

Mulch on The flowerbeds and around the trees

It looks so nice again

Close silo

Put plastic on

Then bags

Finally tired

 All done

First Cut

start the merger and fine tune it a bit

drive along

for a good visit

more visiting

more driving along

there was a deer here, but by the time we checked it was gone

First cut

Start first cut on Friday,

It’s a cool day

Looks like a good stand

A few drops but

Enough to cut short our campfire , but not full out rain

Saturday spread it all out, it’s not warm and we like the grass dry enough to start on Monday
