I hadn't heard of there being an Easter cantata this year. Was it organised by our church or was someone using the building?
It was a community cantata written by Elaine Luymes. Directed by Brenda Manderson and a big part for the narrator Margaret Bierma.
It went through the sayings of Jesus while he was on the cross.
Do you recognize the soloist on the left in the middle picture?
Someone with less hair than they used to have... but, no. It's too small.
It's John Koobs, I agree, it's hard to see
