It's the only North American marsupial! Neat!
I remember when an opposum walked by my patio window in the old place. I opened the door to shoo it away, thinking it would run a mile. The nasty critter slowly turned it's head, snubbed it's nose, stared at me for a few seconds, then continued on its way, without undue speed. I am sure it snarled it's gums, too. I slammed the door. But your little one looks so cute.
