We had a cow that didn't get pregnant so we used mixed semen, sometimes that helps. It could have been a Holstein or Hereford or Jersey. A female we would have kept and would have added some variety to our herd. It was a cute Jersey bull value $0

You could always keep it for a while and put it in the freezer, coudn't you?
Bulls are to dangerous to keep around. Brian picked it up already.3 bull calves left the farm this week. We've had a lot of calves lately.
I was Hopeing it would be a red hefer so I could use it for 4-H.
But it was a jersey bull.Bad luck. But I have a calf I was just waiting for the red cow to give birth.
