Farmer's Cheese

Last Thursday

made cheese from 500 liters instead of 1000, 
because there is enough demand for milk, we like to fill our quota

Donna made the cheese

pull the very heavy cart up into the house

tighten up the screws drains more whey 

big job cleaning

Cut the cheese and put in bags

vacuum seal and into the fridge
