we made cheese from our own milk
that is Donna she's actually making the cheese
the first part is squeezing the whey out
next day sealing
switching
writing the month and year on it
last pieces are in
all done!
Rien did all the dishes, not a fun job

That is great! What you do with the whey? Just asking, because i love drinking whey, but i actually never heard what people do with it. I think back in the days at our farm it was fed to the pigs?
I think you're right it's fed to pigs, but we don't have pigs, this is a lot though and it doesn't keep well
