Freezing Rain

we had freezing rain a few times

the ice looks pretty

there's lots of it

and when the sun comes out it sparkles

we drove through the country

on our way to the Christmas program

Joanna knew her part well

Grade 3 and up were in the whole musical

they did a fabulous job

Hoar Frost

 

at home we didn't have much

but there were pockets of fog and it was

a beautiful drive to swimming

trees and grass covered with hoarfrost

I had to put the picture through a filter to remove 

the red from the heat lamp

It looks so cute

both parents are just plain

lone trees can be so beautiful

where the Ash trees used to live

almost clear cut

the ash borer has done lots of damage

the Maple tree part of the bush looks great

Craft day Farm women

we had a craft day

Baptism

3 kids were baptized

first the 2 older ones 

the third one just backed her head right into the water
