We're home, I loaded some camera pictures, so I'm posting some more
our convoy to Luxor
It's an old law to have to go in Convoy formation
There are also multiple checkpoints on the way
at every dirt road crossing there's a checkpoint
for those leaving the main road
Lots of loads are in a tight wrap
tomatoes for the red sea coast
where nothing grows
this is a fun load
Camels
we saw a lot of these trucks with a board coming down between the wheels
It seemed mainly to be used for socializing
some old fashioned way of transport
we saw lots of these too
